Matt Hackenburg To Attend A-Day At Delaware Valley University

Scranton, PA, April 18, 2022 – Matt Hackenburg, the Libertarian candidate for Governor of Pennsylvania, will be attending A-Day at Delaware Valley University on Saturday, April 23rd. A-Day is once again open to the public and expecting a great turnout.

“I’m extremely excited to see the amazing work of the Delaware Valley University students,” Hackenburg said. “I’ve heard so much about A-Day, and I look forward to seeing it in person as our community comes together to support these students, our agriculture, and each other.”

More details regarding A-Day can be found at From the website: “The first A-Day was held May 21, 1949 on the campus of the National Agricultural College. At that time, A-Day was a single day when the students of the college worked together to showcase various agricultural displays and exhibits. Today the tradition continues with the hard work and dedication of the students of Delaware Valley University. The entire event is planned and implemented by the students with minimal guidance from the university’s staff, faculty, and administration. Since 2004 A-Day has been part of the Pennsylvania State Association of County Fairs. Members of the university and local community are invited to enter their food items, artwork, or handicrafts for judging in the fair.”

In large years, over 40,000 people have attended A-Day. The Libertarian Party of Bucks County will be hosting a tent for the entire weekend. Hackenburg will be both at the tent and touring the grounds. For any desired coordination, please use the contact information below.
